Gaps and The Illusion of Demand

By sacrificing a million worth of shares to make a gap,
big players create the illusion of demand and enable them
to unload more shares for a higher profit.
played AR couple of times, sold all of it before dropping below .007, will be buying back below .006 if it reach that price. I've noticed the padding in the buy side, someone posting 100s of mil of shares but when the price creeps down closer it suddenly disappear. Volume is decreasing might be game over for now, but still bullish in the long run since Olympus already signed JV with AR. I guess price target of par might be attained near or after the second milestone have been paid.
ReplyDeleteGood luck to those who still have AR shares
I like the price action during the first 30 min of trading puro Citeseconline ang buying and selling lol. I also like the price action at the closing, si abacus panic buying, si nieves panic selling and in between puro padding na nagmamagic, ay ambot na lang. Round 2 bukas.
ReplyDeleteI think Abacus was trying to close it at buyer's price showing hundreds of millions of padding hoping for a gap up at opening tom., while Nieves, who was the jockey that raised the price to .008 last week is trying to get out. Of course I could be wrong and Abacus might know something we don't, but a lot of brokerage is now stuck ranging from HE Benntt to Citiseconline.
ReplyDeleteCaveat.
Ayokong nababading ang mga buyers, pag post nyo panindigan ninyo wag mag Houdini ang mga buying nyo hoy!
ReplyDeleteAR tried to rally in a bloody market like MRC but ends up adding more ipits in its list. RSI at 51 (not oversold), lesser volume this time less than 1b shares traded, should consolidate near 30 day moving average 60-63 on average market, or one big drop to 50s if bad (get your barat bids ready), before trying to rally again with convincing volume. If a breakout with big volume do happen, I'll just buy at closing, better be safe than to be ipit.
ReplyDeleteCaveat.
A breakout did happen! o_0
ReplyDeleteMy Conclusion: Not all gap ups are sign of bullishness. Gap up which formed a hammer and has not breakout from a box is still not a god sign of bullishness.
