i'm no zeefreaks and not a member of zft nor i consider myself consistently profitable at trading, yet. but i had the same question to myself when I first encountered the EMA in this blog last year. I have observed through paper trade and actual executions and also reading some notes here and there, EMA or exponential moving average has a much faster reaction in price changes than the SMA since it puts more weight on the latest price data. In every basura stocks, you need more faster confirmation on price action to react accordingly since trading basura's with its volatility is quite deadly, if you know what i mean.ehehehe. -dgreatone

ReplyDeleteHellow mr. zeefreaks, i noticed that every basura play has been coordinated with an EMA indicator. may we know the rationale behind it?
