Bottom Fishing

"When is the right time to bottom fish? Is it safe?
At what price should I buy??"

We've all asked these questions at one point.
And thought it was this easy

I tried experimenting on a LOT of setups.

 I went from this...
(Just watching the stock from afar and do nothing.)

To this...
(When It fails to go up and I end up Ipit.)

Or this...
(When I enter too early)

Or worse....

Bottom Fishing is very RISKY.

The one main reason being that you are fighting against the trend.

Just ask those who bought ANI at PHP10, 7, 4 or lower because
of "good fundamentals" or techs being oversold due to the low RSI.

"Respect the RSI my ASS."

So be careful when you come across fundamental gurus
who talk about technicals. Or technical gurus who suddenly
talk about fundamentals - Coz that's just funnymentals and
other made-up crap.

On a sidenote, be careful about what I post and what I tweet.
Coz I'm a crazy trader. And a fictional one at that.

"So why bother Bottom fishing?"
You might ask.

I don't know about you.
But I bottom fish for these reasons:

1 - Rewards.

Yes it's risky. But if you get it right and you bought with volume,
you might just get a ticket to "financial independence-land."

2 - Bragging Rights.

I'm a very competitive person. And I love the feeling of
putting haters and gurung ulols to shame.

And the fun part of it all is...
Contrary to popular belief,
It ain't rocket science.

"But Zeeeee! How do you know if it's the bottom?"

Simple. I don't.

(Here's a simple flow chart)

You'll only get to see the bottom, once you see the 'ball'
actually reach the bottom and starts "floating up."
And from there, you react and press the attack.

------------------------------------------------

Example

Tried to bottom fish but barat bids denied.
Bought 1.23-1.25 for first tranche base then ended
up buying all i could at the close (Sagasa Order).

Day 1 Of Bounce

Here's the crude selling plan.

Here comes Day two of the  bounce.
(Added 19k. OC ako eh.)

Then Just before selling.
(I love taking screenshots before I sell.)

Some would say,
"Why would you sell?
You've got such a low AEP!"

Simple answer to that is....

While others cheer that they could at least break even.
I joined the minority in cheering to enjoy some profits.

Total of 3 Days hold.
No hype. No rumors. No tips. No gurus.
Just the chart and you.

Happy weekend everyone.

    8. What can we expect from Tappers. They're so close minded that they've been brainwashed by Kim Jong Un. Everything that their maestro or "Supreme Leader" says is gold to them. What's even more pathetic is they celebrate their ipit ports with each other. Misery truly loves company. Its only fitting that they deserve to endure losses specially to the hardcore tappers. Buti nga sa inyo. Sige bomba pa! huehuehue!

  4. Kudos. Wished I have seen your blog 2 years ago. Simple and straight to the point. Easy to understand and transparent, may actual screenshot of ports.

Zee, just want to ask if you have a separate account for long term or you play all you capital on short term trades?

    ReplyDelete

    1. Got 3 Separate Accounts. One for long term, one for quick trades like the one above, and one for speculative sleepers. I do this so I'll have the right mindset for every port. Long and short term trades don't mix in one port for me. :3

Don't you feel reenergized after reading Zee's sharings, with the takeaway that there is light at the end of the tunnel, especially during those times after you just took a series of losses?

The problem with us is that we want to find a REAL trader who can mentor us, but after we find one, we expect them to teach us for free because we feel they owe us for being already so blessed by the markets. And we want to be traders..

Bro, idol, please continue your sharings. May God return to you tenfold what you continue to share to us..

  10. Hahaha.daming bitter. Zeefreaks at di puro negative.#perseus

If your guru is giving you recos and blindly folllow them, their guru's may be right but a guru who wouldn't tell you when to get in properly or when to get out of the trade is just plain stupid. Malalaman mo nalang nakalabas na sila sa trade ikaw andun pa din kasi di alam na time to get out na. As for Boss ZF, Yes sobrang mahal ng talent fee nya hehe pero atleast there is one thing for sure. You learn his System - his interpretation of the indicators. And this is something that you can use in any kind of trades you execute. Knowledge in stock trading is very valuable so don't just blindly follow. ..

Im not a tribe member - di ko afford e.But I'm learning from someone who is a well respected trader - a fictional guy as well hahaha.

  14. I agree with you Mr. Anonymous #perseus. If people feel that Zeefreaks is not helpful, then don't read nor follow. Same goes for other forums, if it is not helping, then don't read nor follow them.

Bottom line, if you become successful after learning, then PLEASE do something good to the community with what you've learned and be an inspiration to others. To bashers, please stop the negativity. There are already too much of it in our society.

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  16. Silence speaks volume guys. Interpret Z's silence as his retort to all the "bashers" and "bitters" Efficiency dictates that one should not waste time on reacting to meaningless banter. At the end of the day his voice is in his port performance and it would scream at you till your ears bleed.

To the bashers and bitters - keep them coming. Its amusing to see people wasting their time on negativity when they could spend it wisely by improving their trading system/skills. #popcornmode

To Z - congrats on another well played out execution. You inspire alot of people (obviously not all :3). God speed sir.

  19. Sir Zee my only reaction to this..respect is a notch higher now for you bro.

Betting on Harmonics/Barber's Tales c/o Jiego Mojica at Jojo Gaston
Stock Market Pilipinas c/o Hernan Segovia
Zee Tribe c/o Zee at Kidlat Santelmo
The Trading Post c/o Jason Cam at William Bayona

#BOMBAPAMORE

  31. Since keep identities secret, let me share my experience. I've been a member of TAP. I was impressed by the group and the individuals background Tony, Kevin, Roy etc. Let me first go to Roy. Even before there was TAP, I've been following and interacting with Roy. Was pretty impressed with his bomba bomba and playbooks. That is until I started putting money into his stock recos. From Bloom, BHI etc. palpalk lahat, walang kumita.

As per being a member of TAP (still am) I have lost a far greater amount of money by following their recos. From Tony's FNI (forever) to TAPET and Kevin's UNI. From ipit to lugi. As per my experience, I have done a far more better job of profitably stock picking than these gurus. Don't get me wrong, I'm not blaming them. It was entirely my fault. Ika nga sa Ingles "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me."

Now as to its popularity which is for some comparable to a cult (almost) this has probably something to do with Filipinos penchant or giving credibility to nice packages or form. A rather form over substance which TAP is. They are well presented and put together. From their background, professions and their connections. Sino ba naman ang hindi ma iimpress.
